May the circle be unbroken

Company cultures can be very complicated.

They morph – they shift – they grind into obstacles and take a new direction.

Especially when adversity strikes. Then we are tested – and all the glorious Vision Statements and Values Proclamations are placed up against a hard reality.

Some companies will emerge from the pandemic stronger than before.

Some companies will never emerge at all.

What differentiates them?

Truth – Transparency – Trust – Loyalty – Commitment.
