Three Things

Three Things

Want to find the real leaders in your company – in your life?

The ones that others look up to – aspire to be like – want to follow?

I believe they’ve managed to embrace their own vulnerabilities – their weaknesses – and turn them into strengths.

And to do that they’ve learned to say three things that distinguish them from the pretenders.

  • “I don’t know.”
  • “What do you think?”

And perhaps the most important of all.

  • “I was wrong.”

Three things.

Ten simple words.

For some, hard to say.

And because of that – hard to follow.
